Communication
La Maison de la Normandie et de la Manche communicates as much as possible! Our communication mainly aims to inform Jersey and Guernsey people about the events in Normandy but we also inform Norman people with news from the Channel Islands. The medias we use are the following:
- Redaction of a monthly newsletter "What's on in Normandy?"
Since 2010, we have been redacting every month a newsletter to inform Jersey and Guernsey people about the cultural, tourist and economic events in Normandy. You can download our last newsletter on the first page of our website or send us an e-mail if you would like to receive this newsletter monthly.
- Redaction of a quarterly newsletter: "Golf courses in Normandy"
Since 2011, we have been redacting every three months a newsletter to inform Jersey and Guernsey people about the events irelated to Golf courses in Normandy. You can download our last newsletter on the first page of our website or send us an e-mail if you would like to receive this newsletter monthly.
- Communication in the local press
Every month, Aurélie Leroy, the manager of the Maison de la Normandie, writes an article for the Jersey Life magazine (800 words) and another one for the Town Crier magazine (150 words in French and in English). The publicated articles are available on our facebook page.
The Maison de la Normandie is now on facebook. You can follow us by clicking here: MNM Facebook
- Weekly show on France Bleue Cotentin
We are lucky to have a weekly show on France Bleu Cotentin called "Journal des Iles". This show lasts 2 minutes and we talk about the coming events in the Channel Islands or the activities we are developing between Normandy and the Channel Islands. You can listen to this show on Saturdays morning on 100.7 Mhz or directly on the website of the radio (link above).
These are only the main and most regular actions of the Maison de Normandie. We also exchange regularly with local medias by sending them press release for instance or by performing interviews on the different radio stations.
