Good afternoon,
We are very happy to share with you our monthly newsletter about events in Normandy and one event in Jersey happening this weekend!
Indeed, you may have seen the NORMAN MARKET in town those past few days... It will still be here this weekend and it will grow as Normandie Tourisme is joining the fun with two new traders and a musical bus all set up on PARADE GARDENS along with bouncy castles!
You will be able to enjoy sausage sandwiches, saucissons, cheese, beer, chimney cakes, buy a bag, a scarf or some soaps and, last but not least, Normandie Tourisme is offering free samples of all the best Norman products you can think of!
The colourful brass band L'Etoile Cirée is coming from Granville (Manche) and will march down from Trinity Church to the Royal Square tomorrow from 1pm. They will also perform on the stage of the Royal Square at 3:30pm this Saturday. Come dance with them!
Finally, don't miss the performances that will take place on the roof of the musical bus set up on Parade Gardens this Saturday afternoon. The Norman band For the Hackers will play at 5pm which should be a perfect start to a groovy Saturday night!
A big weekend ahead, this Saturday and Sunday 1st & 2nd October in Jersey with even more events planned for the Corn Riots. Have a look at the full programme of the Corn Riots festival right here.
