This March, to celebrate the month of "la Francophonie", Normandy is also coming to you in St Helier with an exhibition titled “A stroll in 19th century Normandy”. Made up of 73 pencil drawings selected from the works of Joseph Le Dieu (1815-1880), the exhibition aims to reflect the provincial, rural and coastal society of Normandy at the time.
The exhibition will start with the opening on Friday 3 March at 6 p.m. at the Société Jersiaise, where you will be able to discover a part of the exhibition and enjoy a selection of Norman products. Free event upon reservation on Eventbrite.
The exhibition will run until 31 March in three different places in St Helier:
• Société Jersiaise, 7 Pier Road
• Alliance Française, 5 Library Place
• Maison de la Normandie et de la Manche, 71 Halkett Place
