Young people around the world, vote now for the winner of the 2020 Freedom Prize!

Until April 12, an online vote is open to 15-25 years old around the world to choose the winner of the 2020 Freedom Prize (Greta Thunberg was the 2019 winner).

238 application forms from all over the world were received by the organizers, presenting 167 different people or organizations engaged in a current fight for freedom.

An international jury of 24 young people of 13 different nationalities met in Normandy on February 14 and 15 to study these 167 candidates. After two days of rich and intense debates and reflections, the jury selected the fight of the following three personalities (linked presentation videos):

• Loujain Al Hathloul (Saudi Arabia);
• Father Pedro Opeka (Madagascar);
• Nasrin Sotoudeh (Iran).
