In Memoriam
It is with great sadness that we learned of the sudden passing, Tuesday, June 9, of Daniel Bosquet former President of la Maison de la Normandie et de la Manche.
Under his presidency, from 2004 to 2008, Maison de la Normandie et de la Manche expanded its activities, particularly in relation to tourism and economy in, for instance, organising the first Norman markets in Jersey.
Jean-Marc Julienne, President of SMANM – Maison de la Normandie et de la Manche – pays tribute to « a passionate man who, in his various positions over the years as local representative and as an English teacher, shown commitment and dedication for our territory and its inhabitants “.
